Radisson Freehold

I stayed here for one night because i was a guest at a wedding in the area. This is a safe and nice Hotel option for the area. The Staff are professional, friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. Each floor, including the first floor has a vending room for snacks drinks etc. There is also a small dining room for breakfast. There is parking on site. The rooms are secure with key card and safety latch and a good size. Room is fitted with blackout curtains, a tea and coffee station, safe, flatscreen TV, desk and chair. Linens were clean and soft as were the towels. Everything was clean. No real view from my room but others rooms would have had a tree or a view of the parking lot.

The rooms are clean and smell clean.

Room was very comfy. It was just me, so it was enough. Very clean. I felt very comfortable, and the beds were easy to fall into. The staff was terrific, from checkin to checkout and in between. i left food in the fridge after checkout and came back two hours later and housekeeping got it for me, still in the fridge!!!!

The Freehold Radisson is centrally located on Rte 537/W.Main St., right near beautiful Downtown Freehold, access to Rt. 9, the Hospital, Parking for the Raceway Grandstand, and the Maplewood Cemeteries. There is also access to many shopping centers including the Freehold Raceway Mall, Walmart & Sam’s Club & Mill Center, anchored by Stop & Shop, all less than a mile away. There are many food&drink options as well, from the restaurant and car within the hotel (which also boasts catering and 2 ballrooms, each of which hosted gorgeous weddings while we were there), to nearby fast food, fast casual, and sit down dining options. The area also boasts unique locally owned restaurants from the amazing “bagelnook” to downtown’s Ramen House, to the perennial favorite Dusal’s, which has been operating (perhaps under more than 1 owner), for over 40 years. The hotel room was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and helpful professional. Because we were in town for a funeral, they were kind enough to extend out check out time by 90 minutes, which was ideal! Overall, I would stay at this place again and highly recommend it to anyone!
